Agon’s Corporate Philosophy


Agon is a small, family-based custom sportswear and equipment manufacturer. Our goal is to
help as many teams as possible create and wear custom dyed uniforms and equipment, to build strong
team identity and unity. To this end, we work hard to keep our prices reasonable and produce the
highest quality products possible, as quickly and reliably as possible. This means we have to make some
difficult choices in how we treat our valued customers in order to stay in business. To be fair to all
customers, we cannot afford to give products away and also keep our prices affordable, if we use the
highest quality fabric and other components, as well as offered guaranteed delivery and rush orders.
Lots of big companies are willing to let certain customers return used items and even pay for things like
return shipping, but to do so, they charge everyone else higher prices. We don’t do this, and we don’t do
it on purpose, so that smaller teams with smaller budgets will still be able to afford our custom suits and
still receive them on time. We believe that the big teams and the fast teams are considered to be more
“important” for other companies, and they are accustomed to getting lots of free perks from swim
shops and other retailers. Agon has made a conscious choice to treat everyone equally – in the same,
fair manner. Some may claim that this is poor customer service. We believe this is fair and even handed
customer service. Our goal is to make the very best products we can, delivering them on time, and
selling them at reasonable prices that any sized team can afford, so that everyone wins.
