Agon Retail Relationship Policies

Agon adheres to the following policies regarding its relationship with retailers of its products:

1. We offer the same wholesale prices to all our retailers. We offer the following discounts off the suggested retail or team price:

Quantity refers to the same design in the same initial order, but the items may vary (e.g., 24 briefs and 24 freebacks equals 48 items). (Please note that the initial order for a team sets the price for all subsequent orders for that team, subject to annual overarching price changes by Agon).  To qualify as a medium volume retailer, a store must buy either $6000 in custom products or $1000 in Prints/Solids/Grab bag items over the last 365 days (rolling).  To see what discount you qualify for, log into our website and proceed to this page to see the various categories.

2. Many individuals have a resale license for one reason or another. Agon only offers wholesale prices to businesses where selling product is their primary objective. To that end, only customers who sell to at least 3 different, unrelated teams within each 12 month period will be allowed to pay wholesale prices. Everyone else must pay retail/team prices.

3. Agon sells directly to customers who prefer to buy directly from us, at the suggested retail and team prices published on the website. We strongly encourage all our retailers to follow our suggested pricing guidelines.

4. Agon does not give any retailer an exclusive right to sell Agon products in any region, state, or country in the world.

5. Agon does not offer terms to our customers. All retailers are required to pay prior to shipping.  We do not require a deposit at the time of order.

6. With prior permission, Agon allows retailers to use our logo and artwork for their own promotional endeavors

7. In the case where a customer is working directly with Agon, but also has a preexisting relationship with a retailer, we defer to the wishes of the customer to make the choice between buying directly from Agon or from the retailer. However, retailers cannot approach an existing Agon customer (defined as a customer who purchased from Agon during the previous year's swim season) and take that customer away from Agon. Agon's existing customers are not to be treated as leads for our retailers.

8. If a retail customer wants to sell Agon's suits without the Agon logo, we will remove the logo for a price of $3.00 per item. Please note that US Swimming allows two logos per suit. Also, Agon's suits with lining have the Agon logo dyed into the lining. We can dye the lining with your logo as part of the $3.00 per item logo fee. Finally, our tags are dyed in the lining with our company name (Agon) and manufacturer ID number. This cannot be changed due to customs regulations.

9. Agon gives wholesalers a 25% discount on rush fees, drop ship fees and personalization.

10. Agon has no minimum quantity per order or design.
