1. Measure from the bridge of your nose to the tip of your chin. It may be helpful to have another person help you do this.
NOTE: This is a straight line measurement with a rigid ruler, not a curved line, so do NOT use a measuring tape that goes over your nose and around the contours of your face. Measure a straight line up and down from the height of the bridge of your nose (which is usually just below your eyeline) down to the tip of the chin. Also, do not measure past the tip of your chin.
2. Match your measurement with the given sizes below to find the correct size.
Small for measurements less than 10.2 cm / 4 inches
Medium for measurements from 10.3 cm / 4.1 inches to 11.3 cm / 4.4 inches
Large for measurements more than 11.4 cm / 4.5 inches
