How to measure for sizing

  • Please note: do not measure yourself when wearing a swimsuit or any other compression clothing

  • Torso

Start at high point of shoulder, run tape through leg and back up to the starting point.

  • Bust
Measure the fullest part of bust, be sure to go over the shoulder blades at back.

  • Waist

    Measure narrowest part of torso.

  • Hip
Measure around the fullest point of hip, keeping tape parallel to floor.

  • High Hip
  • Measure around the top of the hip curve between your hip line and your waist line. The high hip measurement is used for fitting briefs pants that are meant to skim the body between the waist and hip.

  • Shoulder
Measure from the place where your shoulder meets the top of your arm, or the boniest part of your shoulder. Stretch tape straight across to the same place on the opposite shoulder.

  • Sleeve length
Measure from center of back over point of shoulder and down to the outside of the wrist

  • Arm length
Measure from point of shoulder and down to the outside of the wrist

  • Head
Measure the circumference around the wides part of your head, about 1 inch above your ears.

  • Face
Measure from the bridge of your nose to the tip of your chin. It may be helpful to have another person help you do this.

  • NOTE: This is a straight line measurement with a rigid ruler, not a curved line, so do NOT use a measuring tape that goes over your nose and around the contours of your face. Measure a straight line up and down from the height of the bridge of your nose (which is usually just below your eyeline) down to the tip of the chin. Also, do not measure past the tip of your chin.
