Manufacturing Defects and Repairs

While Agon does everything it can to produce perfect items every time, all manufacturing processes can sometimes result in mistakes. It is imperative that you identify any such problems prior to wearing the item in the water (if the item is a swimsuit). In these cases, we will send you a return envelope so you can return the item to us and we will then place an order for a replacement item. We are usually able to meet the guaranteed shipping date for the original item with the new order, depending of course on how quickly you contact us with the problem.

If you discover what you believe to be a manufacturing defect after wearing the item (if the item is a swimsuit) in the water, the issue becomes more complicated, because your use of the item may have contributed to, or in some cases even caused, the problem. In such cases, you will need to send us a picture of the problem and/or return the item to us and we will inspect it in order to ascertain what caused the problem with the suit. If there is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will repair the suit for you.  Customer pays for return shipping if they return an item for repair after 30 days from the shipping date.

Please note that this process takes about three weeks on average. If you cannot wait three weeks, you can keep the defective item (at full price) and order a replacement item (in your custom design) at grab bag price, with a free rush. If you decide to order a replacement suit, you can send us the defective item for repair once the replacement suit has arrived. We retain the right to see the defective item and agree that the problem exists, prior to offering the grab bag price replacement item.
