1. Individual family ordering
With this option, each family places the order on our website directly at: agonswim.com
Then, once they are produced, we ship the items directly to each family’s home. The shipping charges will vary per order, as described here: LINK
2. Initial bulk team order with sorting fee
With this option, each family places their order directly on our website at: agonswim.com
Then, once the items are produced, we ship them in bulk to the one central “team parent.” Each family’s order is bagged individually, per family, for easy distribution by the “team parent.” The shipping charges for the bulk order are $1 per item (some items require a higher shipping fee), plus $1 sorting fee per item. We accept bulk orders during a time window that ranges between 1 to 7 days (7 days is the max), depending on the lead time that the team has before they need their suits (typically their first meet). These orders are processed together as the first “bulk order.”
After this initial “bulk order” period has ended, families can still order directly from our website agonswim.com. These items are shipped directly to their homes, once they are produced, and our various shipping options and rates are applicable.
3. Team parent in-charge
With this option, the "team parent" is in charge of nearly every aspect of the team’s order. The “team parent” takes the orders from the families, collects the money from them, and is responsible for placing one “bulk order” for the entire team on our website: agonswim.com. The “team parent” also has the option to send the order via email to the team’s sales rep for entry into our website. Shipping charges for the bulk order vary: LINK. Under this option, the entire order is shipped to the “team parent,” who is responsible for sorting the suits and delivering them to the team members who ordered them through her/him.
After the bulk ordering period is done families can keep ordering from the "team parent" or from our website: agonswim.com. The team parent can pay with their credit card, or send a check in before the items ship.
