Quantity refers to the same design in the same initial order, but the items may vary (e.g., 24 briefs and 24 freebacks equals 48 items). (Please note that the initial order for a team sets the price for all subsequent orders for that team, subject to annual overarching price changes by Agon). To qualify as a medium volume retailer, a store must buy either US$6000 in custom products or US$1000 in Prints/Solids/Grab bag items over the last 365 days (rolling). To qualify as a high volume retailer, a store must buy US$100000 in custom products. The discount becomes effective after this amount has been shipped. Retailers get 25% off all rush fees (see fees here) and personalization charges (which are $4.00 per item).
