This is a list of possible expenses that the customer may have to pay
  1. Customers pays for sizing kit return shipping
  2. Customer pays for sizing kit shipping, if sizing kit is not returned (received in Nashville) within 60 days of sizing kit shipping date.
  3. Customer pays for sizing kit shipping, if items are missing or kept from sizing kit after return. It is very important to check the accuracy of the sizing kit when you receive it.
  4. Customer pays for sizing kit shipping if any method other than Standard is used
  5. Customer pays for sizing kit shipping if their initial order is less than 12 items

  7. Customer pays 20% restocking fee if they return a custom item

  12. Customers do not pay for shipping on backorders
  13. Customer pays for return shipping if they return a used item for repair after 30 days
  14. Customer pays for repairs if repair occurs 3 months past shipping date
